Delivery Information

Supplement Shop™ offers FREE DELIVERY for all orders.

Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday, excluding Public Holidays. Delivery hours is between 9am to 10pm (No specified time sots).

All orders are sent by courier provider J&T Express. Parcels shall be delivered within the NEXT 1 to 3 working days. In term of delivery, 99.85% of the parcels are delivered on the next working day.

During cart checkout, you will be given a choice to select the Preferred Delivery Date. Kindly note that the delivery service provided by J&T Express shall be based on best effort to deliver your parcel on your selected Preferred Delivery Date. Your selection does not gaurantee that the driver must deliver the parcel on that particular date. Supplement Shop™ and J&T Express shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to driver's failure to send the parcel on the Preferred Delivery Date. The service level agreement for the Free Delivery provided is to have the parcels delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days.

For delivery matters, you may contact J&T Express ( please provide with your tracking number which can be retrieved from your shipment email ). You may also track your parcel delivery status online at this link https://app.jtexpress.sg/track.html .

Do note that we are unable to change your delivery address after order confirmation - kindly double check when placing the order.

Please take note that the following areas are strictly NO GO Zone for delivery. Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Airport link, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Military Camps, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, School Hostels, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension, Changi Airports, Marina Baysand.
